Community Work Week

What: Students will be participating in community work activities on a daily basis: weeding, garbage picking around the block, watering plants, etc.

Tie Dye Week

What: Students will be using natural ingredients such as plants and vegetables dye the fabric. We will be exploring the colors and patterns in a fun way!

Play Week

What: Play based week. Students will be encouraged to be engaged in a free play with peers under support worker's supervision. This week is a great opportunity for the students to practice:

Naramata Summer Camp
“Cooking and Field Trips”

What:
This summer we are offering a unique opportunity for our students and their families - a little getaway in beautiful Naramata.
While parents are enjoying their break, while exploring gorgeous surroundings, we will be taking care of their kiddos.
The camp will include:

Cooking classes: making fresh bread, sandwiches and jams

Trip to alpaca farm

Trip to cherry picking farm

Beach party!
Our staff is trained to work with neurodiverse students and to help them with anxiety, transition, emotion regulation and verbal/nonverbal communication. We understand how much pressure it is sometimes to socialize with new people, to visit new places and try new activities. We are here for everyone to feel comfortable. We will do our best to help make this adventure fun and smooth for everyone.

5 years old and up
We are going to make sure that everyone will get an appropriate age match withtin the group
