Cooking Classes: Sandwiches

Service Description

This cooking class is designed to be fun, engaging and accessible for children of all abilities and learning styles. We will teach them how to make delicious sandwiches in 6 weeks, using simple ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes. Each week, we will explore a different type of sandwich, such as BLT, Club Sandwich, or Grilled Cheese. We will use visual cues, such as pictures and symbols, to help them follow the steps and learn the names of the ingredients. The last week of the class will be a special one: we will let the children create their own sandwiches, using any ingredients they like! They will have the opportunity to express their personality and preferences through their sandwich creations. At the end of the course everyone will leave with a mini recipe book with all the sandwiches they learned to make, so they can continue to enjoy them at home. Ages 7 and up! If you wish to use the Funding, simply choose "Pay in Person" option and we will get back to you.

Cancellation Policy

Watermelon Sessions main goal is to create positive experience for our students. Whether it’s a class, playdate or outing – we want to see the best outcome and happiness. We understand the unpredictable nature of our students and we are here to accommodate all the needs. However, since our groups are “hand picked” and we do our best to invite students with the same interests and needs, we have to put a lot of care and effort into our scheduling. If you need to cancel, please give us a 48h notice. Between 24 and 48 hours notice you will be charged at a 50% rate. Less than 24 hours notice or no attendance at all, you will be charged the full amount. Verbal or written notice that your child will be attending the class is considered to be an official reservation. Last minute “drop in” is available if we are notified 2 h prior. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
