Service Description
Watermelon Sessions welcomes children and families to join us for joyful, sensory‑friendly play. We re‑imagine classic games like Freeze Tag, Red Light/Green Light, and Musical Chairs so every child can participate in ways that feel safe, fun, and true to who they are. With visual supports, flexible rules, and facilitators who follow each child’s lead, our sessions celebrate creativity, connection, and neurodiversity. We created this program because many children want to join playground games but may not yet feel confident with the rules. By teaching simple game structures at each child’s own pace, we help build comfort, social confidence, and easier shared play. Families love that the program encourages connection without pressure, honours every child’s way of engaging, and creates warm community moments. Each participant also receives take‑home visuals, plus snacks and water to keep everyone comfortable.

Cancellation Policy
Watermelon Sessions main goal is to create positive experience for our students. Whether it’s a class, playdate or outing – we want to see the best outcome and happiness. We understand the unpredictable nature of our students and we are here to accommodate all the needs. However, since our groups are “hand picked” and we do our best to invite students with the same interests and needs, we have to put a lot of care and effort into our scheduling. If you need to cancel, please give us a 48h notice. Between 24 and 48 hours notice you will be charged at a 50% rate. Less than 24 hours notice or no attendance at all, you will be charged the full amount. Verbal or written notice that your child will be attending the class is considered to be an official reservation. Last minute “drop in” is available if we are notified 2 h prior. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
