Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made three weeks prior to the scheduled service, a full refund is available, which offers peace of mind and encourages early decision-making.
Should plans change two weeks prior, a 50% refund policy is in place, balancing fairness for both parties.
However, for cancellations made less than a week before the scheduled time, the policy stipulates that the fee is non-refundable, ensuring that the service provider is compensated for the reserved time slot.
This structured approach to refunds helps manage expectations and provides a clear, tiered framework for cancellations.
