To secure your spot in the camp, you need to either pay the registration fee of 30% of the total camp fee, which will be deducted from your final payment, or send us a copy of your RTP form that you have submitted to the AFU. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive either of these two options from you.*

Cancelling up to 21 days before your scheduled arrival date: if you paid 100% of the balance at the time of booking: 50% will be refunded back to the original method of payment and the remaining 50% will be converted to a Watermelon Sessions credit which you can choose to apply to any program. If you paid 50% of the balance at the time of booking: your payment will be converted to a Watermelon Sessions credit which you can choose to apply to any program within one year of the cancellation date. *

If Naramata Camp must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., wildfires, extreme weather events, road closures, etc.), all affected registrations for the cancelled period will be fully refunded.  If an individual chooses to cancel due to smoke or for any other reason when both road access and the Camp are open, operational and accessible, the standard cancellation policy outlined above shall apply.
