About the event
An inclusive, sensory‑friendly program using drama, movement, and OT‑aligned play to build confidence, communication, and regulation skills.
Ages: 4-8
Schedule (75–80 minutes total):
Warm‑Up Circle (5–10 min) Fun games like Name + Movement, gentle stretching, and mirroring to help children feel safe, connected, and ready to participate.
Emotion Statue Game (10 min) Children create body “statues” to explore feelings like happy, sad, excited, or worried, followed by a short discussion about facial and body cues.
Social Skills Role‑Play (10–15 min) Using puppets or props, kids practice sharing, asking for help, and waiting turns with modeled language to build confidence in peer interactions.
