Service Description
This group is created specifically for non‑speaking students who benefit from hands‑on, shared experiences that make communication feel natural and supported. Students explore simple, engaging baking projects that invite connection—choosing ingredients, taking turns, sharing tools, and celebrating what they’ve made together. Communication is welcomed in all forms, including AAC, gestures, visuals, and co‑regulated interactions with trusted adults. Our team creates a calm, predictable environment where every student can participate at their own pace and feel genuinely included. The focus is not on perfect recipes, but on building confidence, practicing expressive skills, and enjoying a shared activity with peers.

Cancellation Policy
Watermelon Sessions main goal is to create positive experience for our students. Whether it’s a class, playdate or outing – we want to see the best outcome and happiness. We understand the unpredictable nature of our students and we are here to accommodate all the needs. However, since our groups are “hand picked” and we do our best to invite students with the same interests and needs, we have to put a lot of care and effort into our scheduling. If you need to cancel, please give us a 72h notice. Less than 72 hours notice or no attendance at all, you will be charged the full amount. Verbal or written notice that your child will be attending the class is considered to be an official reservation. Last minute “drop in” is available if we are notified 2 h prior. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
